Developers help build and maintain the USMG web platforms, tools, and internal systems. Whether you specialize in PHP backends, database design, or JavaScript frontends, there's work here for you.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features and tools for USMG platforms
- Investigate and fix reported bugs and issues
- Review code and pull requests on GitHub
- Contribute to technical documentation
- Collaborate with staff on project direction via the Roadmap

Content Creators keep the community engaged and informed. You'll produce written posts, announcements, guides, and other content that reflects the voice and values of USMG across our platforms.
Responsibilities
- Write news posts, announcements, and event recaps
- Create guides, tutorials, and how-to articles for the Knowledge Base
- Help maintain and expand internal documentation
- Support social and community engagement efforts
- Collaborate with staff on messaging and tone

Artists help shape the visual identity of USMG. From forum banners and event graphics to icons and promotional imagery, your work will be seen across the community on a daily basis.

- Support event and campaign artwork needs
- Maintain visual consistency with USMG branding
- Collaborate with developers and CSS specialists on implementation

CSS and Template Specialists focus on the look, feel, and usability of USMG's web presence. You'll work on forum themes, site templates, and style systems to keep everything polished, consistent, and responsive.

- Develop and refine site-wide CSS style systems
- Ensure responsive design across devices
- Collaborate with developers and artists on UI implementation
- Audit and improve accessibility and visual consistency
